Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery in Virginia. Proficiency in Labor & Delivery practices and OR circulation is essential. A valid Virginia RN license with ACLS/BLS/NRP is required; 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery

Qualifications

• RN Degree (ADN, BSN or MSN) required.
• Virginia RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications required.
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• Circulating in the OR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, coordinate care, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and ethics.
• Assess and admit patients; perform rounding checks.
• Administer medications; communicate with families.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality patient care.
