• Assess the needs of each patient and plan nursing care including spiritual, emotional and physiological aspects.
• Ensure the care plan is carried out through leadership and supervision of staff and evaluate results.
• Be accountable to the Nurse Manager for the quality of patient care delivered.
• Adapt care to the age and development of patients and lead clinical and leadership functions when in charge.
