Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an RN for the Winter Garden, FL area to join our night shift team. This role focuses on comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state of Florida)
• Associate's of Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective patient care and documentation.
