Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is hiring registered nurses for night shift in a full-time role. Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development and advancement criteria.

Schedule: full time, nights, 7:00pm to 7:00am. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, individualized care planning, safe medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care activities.
