Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; develop and update written plans of care.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, other nurses, families and health-team members.
• Document patient status and plan of care in the medical record; communicate status to team.
• Participate in Nurse Residency Program and uphold GBMC values.
