Job summary

Medical City Lewisville is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery on the night shift. Under general supervision, you will provide direct nursing care, assess patient needs, plan interventions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role includes mentorship opportunities, clinical education courses, certification support, and educational assistance to help you grow within the Medical City network.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of start
• BLS within 30 days of start
• Neonatal Resuscitation within 90 days
• STABLE within 60 days
• RN; Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
• 1+ years hospital experience
• L&D RN experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per policies and procedures; assess needs, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes
• Serve as charge nurse; assign patients and supervise staff on shift
