Job summary

Vestcom is seeking a production operator to run label machines on the B Shift (7:45 PM–8:00 AM, Sat–Tue) in Bucks County. You will help ensure on-time production, monitor equipment, and maintain FIFO inventory while logging time and materials in the ERP system. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related manufacturing experience, with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate label machines.

Responsibilities

• Operates the label machines properly and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Communicates label production issues with the Production Supervisor and/or Facility Manager.
• Performs distribution functions as needed.
• Keeps accurate log of raw materials used in production and tracks cartons to maintain FIFO inventory.
• Uses ERP system to log time and materials for each job.
• Responsible for maintenance of all dies.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area with required PPE.
• May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
