Job summary

Pregis is seeking an Operator III for the night shift in Bethel, PA. You will supervise hourly staff, operate converting and finishing lines, and ensure quality output at target costs.

Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness are essential as you train others and optimize line performance. You will work the 7PM-7AM 2-2-3 schedule, collaborating across shifts to maintain production flow, quality compliance, and adherence to procedural standards in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of progressive responsibility and/or related experience.
• Experience operating converting/finishing equipment and leading shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly crews to operate production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Read job tickets and ensure all components are available before starting work.
• Maintain quality, waste, and productivity standards and document quantities and times.
