Job summary

Ecobat Resources is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform tests on solids, liquids, and gases to support process and quality control. You will operate spectrometers, pH meters, balances, and other lab instruments, while recording results in the SAP system and following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and collaboration with environmental and quality teams to meet standards. Training will cover equipment use, safety, and ISO/EMS procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Completion of college chemistry and algebra courses.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests to determine chemical/physical characteristics of materials.
• Set up, adjust, and operate lab equipment and instruments.
• Record test results and enter data into SAP system.
• Contribute to training of new lab personnel.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety and quality programs.
