Job summary

A leading analytical services firm is seeking a 3rd Shift QC Lab Tech with a preference for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a chemical laboratory. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety rules, conducting safe laboratory work, and performing inspections and testing of materials. Candidates should possess a high school diploma/GED, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP. Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. This position requires adherence to shift schedules.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a chemical laboratory is preferred.
• Ability to work requested shifts and undergo training rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all Safety, Health, and Environmental rules.
• Conducts laboratory work safely using proper PPE.
• Performs work in strict adherence to QC standard laboratory procedures.
• Conducts inspections and testing of materials according to defined procedures.
• Communicates observations regarding data and experimental outcomes.
