Job summary

Labcorp in Seattle, WA is seeking a Non-Registered Technician to join our clinical laboratory team. You will determine specimen acceptability, perform routine and complex procedures, monitor instruments, and ensure timely, accurate test results to support patient care.

A bachelor’s degree in a chemical or biological science is required. The position offers overnight hours Tue-Sat, overtime flexibility, and a pay range of $23.43–$37.22 per hour with a 3rd shift differential; Labcorp is an equal

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and lab information systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria.
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures per SOPs.
• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare, test and evaluate reagents or controls.
