Labcorp in Seattle, WA is seeking a Lab Assistant to join our team on the 3rd shift with start times ranging from 9:00pm to 11:00pm. You will receive and sort clinical lab specimens, prepare specimens for testing, and perform data entry while ensuring equipment is functioning properly.

Minimum qualification is a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include prior LabCorp experience and healthcare setting exposure, along with basic computer/data entry skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable handling biological specimens.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to pass color blindness test.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information.
• Ensure all lab equipment is working properly and perform minor instrumentation maintenance.
• Troubleshoot any specimen related issues.
• Replenish test bench supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete record logs and other administrative duties as requested.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety and quality standards.
