St Paul Beverage Solution, a DFA farmer-owned dairy brand, seeks a laboratory technician to perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products and raw materials while upholding food safety and quality systems.

You will follow SOPs, participate in continuous improvement, and help meet regulatory, customer, and SQF requirements. Night shift differential applies, with pay details and benefits listed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; work experience accepted.
• Assoc. degree or coursework in Food Science/Chemistry/Biology preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate ability to read, understand, and follow GLP, SOP, MSDS, GMP, HACCP documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and field-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products and raw materials.
• Follow SOPs and QA/QC procedures.
• Maintain and update lab records and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP and HACCP practices.
