Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a laboratory technician at St. Paul Beverage Solution to perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products and raw materials, while complying with SQF and related standards.

The role requires maintaining SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Night shift differential applies for the 6pm–6am schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree/ coursework in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products and raw materials.
• Adhere to food safety and quality system requirements (SQF, GLP, GMP, HACCP).
• Maintain SOPs and assist in process improvement opportunities.
