Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a quality assurance lab technician for the night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am) to ensure customer specifications are met through strict QC practices on production lines.

You will perform online QC checks, calibrate pH meters, monitor fill weights and temperatures, maintain the sample retention library, manage reagents, and document results in accordance with laboratory practices. English reading/writing is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or technical training preferred.
• Related experience and/or administrative background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform online quality control checks on production lines.
• Maintain QA documentation and laboratory practices.
• Calibrate pH meters and perform pH measurements.
• Monitor packaging weights/volumes and verify codes.
• Receive and track analytical reagents and supplies.
• Maintain sample retention library.
• Identify and respond to test discrepancies.
• Ensure sanitation and lab cleanliness.
