Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• DL - Driver's License required.
• Three years in a high-volume environment.
• Data entry skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under stress with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities and schedule staff to ensure coverage.
• Supervise and counsel staff; provide input on performance.
• Act as liaison between lab assistants and technologists to ensure workflow.
• Maintain competency and provide training for Laboratory Assistants.
• Maintain procedure manuals and document incidents and variances.
