Job summary

Focus-Employment-Solutions,-LLC is seeking a Supervisor II, Laboratory for a national laboratory in Central Florida. This onsite, night-shift role runs Tuesday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., with one Saturday every 12 weeks.

Candidate must hold a Florida Supervisor license in Clinical Chemistry and Serology and be certified by ASCP or AMT, with 2–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Relocation may be possible for ideal candidates.

Qualifications

• Florida Supervisor license - Clinical Chemistry and Serology required.
• Must be certified by ASCP or AMT.
• Renal laboratory testing and clinical chemistry supervision experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift laboratory operations.
• Ensure CAP survey compliance and reference lab operations.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for clinical labs.
• Manage night shift personnel and workflows.
