Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of Medical Technologist/Laboratory experience, including supervisory experience
• Active Florida Supervisor License in Clinical Chemistry and Serology
• ASCP, AAB, or AMT certification
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field
• Experience with clinical chemistry and renal laboratory testing
• Experience supervising a clinical laboratory/night shift
• Experience with CAP compliance, quality assurance, and SOPs
• Must be willing to work the stated night shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support laboratory staff and daily workflow
• Monitor turnaround time, quality, and productivity
• Provide coaching, training, and team development
• Support bench operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with CAP and regulatory requirements
• Assist with SOP development and implementation
• Address operational and quality issues
• Participate in laboratory quality improvement activities
