Job summary

Antech Diagnostics in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Specimen Processor to receive, prepare, and process laboratory samples for diagnostic testing. Shift is Monday–Friday, 11:30pm–8:00am, with a starting target pay of 21.15 USD per hour.

A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of related experience are required or preferred. Responsibilities include accurate data entry, sample labeling, and coordinating with lab personnel to meet turnaround times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; science classes helpful.
• 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to focus and manage multiple samples and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prep samples for laboratory analyses.
• Process standard requisitions per approved procedures.
• Enter patient data and label samples with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate storage and tracking of specimens.
• Ensure Turn Around Times (TATs) are met.
• Follow SOPs and keep work area clean and organized.
