Labcorp in Dublin, OH is seeking a Specimen Processor to join our team. The role involves receiving and sorting clinical lab specimens, preparing them for testing, data entry, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months or more specimen processing experience preferred.
• 3 months or more medical or laboratory experience preferred.
• Comfortability with handling biological specimens.
• Ability to identify specimens and multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information.
• Ensure lab equipment is functioning and perform minor maintenance.
• Troubleshoot specimen-related issues.
• Replenish test bench supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete record logs and other administrative duties as requested.
• Follow all SOPs to ensure safety and quality.
