What You Will Need to Succeed:

• You've directly supervised, led, or mentored a team (5+ people) in a fast-paced or high-volume environment - in any industry.
• You communicate clearly, give and receive feedback well, and handle difficult conversations with composure and respect.

• Prior laboratory or veterinary/clinical experience is a plus but is not required - we'll train the technical side.

Experience & Practical Requirements

• Operations or team leadership experience from any industry (retail, hospitality, healthcare, food service, military, etc.) is required.
• Knowledge of laboratory or human/veterinary clinical testing is a plus, not a prerequisite.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of working in a lab: standing/sitting for extended periods, extended reach, lifting to 50 lbs, and close/color/depth vision. Potential exposure to biohazards and hazardous chemicals, consistent with lab safety protocols.

• Salary targeting$90,000.00annually, with some flexibility depending on years and depth of experience.

Schedule:

• We have 2 different positions we are looking to fill:
• The first position is a day shift role, with hours Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4pm. There is an every-4th-Saturday rotation with the same hours.
• The second position is a Swing Shift supervisor role, Tuesday through Saturday with hours 4am - 12:30pm.
• The shifts and hours may vary depending on business needs
• Reliable and dependable attendance is an essential function of the position
• Adherence to attendance-related policies and expectations is critical to this position
