Reyes Automotive Group is seeking a Kitting & Sequencing TM for night shift nights in Texas. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and accuracy in the shipping center, handling parts inventory and RF-based picking. You will escalate to supervisors when needed and work to meet customer expectations every shift.

The position supports continuous improvement, follows standard work, and may include forklift training. Benefits and a strong team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months warehouse or order selecting experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Understand loading and picking requirements for Kitting and Sequencing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and company expectations.
• Report late or short shipments and assist with part retrieval when needed.
• Perform picking with manifest and wrist RF scanners; cycle time driven.
• Push for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and safety.
• Learn forklift operation as needed.
