Job summary

Reyes Automotive Group LLC seeks a Kitting & Sequencing TM to ensure cleanliness, safety and accuracy in the shipping center. Responsibilities include understanding inventory, communicating for support, manual picking, and adhering to shipment SWIs to meet customer expectations.

Role emphasizes cycle-time based picking with wrist scanners, maintaining safety standards, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed. Night shift and potential overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months in order selecting or warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Understand all loading and picking requirements for Kitting and Sequencing shipments to TMMTX.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and company expectations.
• Report late or short shipments and assist with locating parts.
• Picking with manifest and sequences using wrist RF scanners; cycle time based.
• Support continuous improvement to increase efficiency and safety.
