• Weigh and prep ingredients
• Fill, monitor, and empty kettles
• Place items on trays, palletize boxes, run pan wash
• Use pallet jack to move product
• Clean and sanitize work areas/equipment
• Maintain food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate cooking equipment such as ovens, cooking vessels, pumps, and dishwashers
