Job summary

Kitchen Guard is seeking an overnight exhaust cleaning technician to perform hands‑on cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You will follow checklists, document work, and leave sites compliant and secure.

Must pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for overnight shifts in a two‑person crew. We offer uniforms, opportunities for advancement, and a bonus based on performance, with ongoing training and development to support growth in the field of fire

Qualifications

• Must follow written procedures precisely.
• Reliable and detail‑oriented with strong safety awareness.
• Able to work overnight shifts and in a two‑person crew.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation to reporting location.

Responsibilities

• Clean hoods, ductwork, filters, and rooftop exhaust fans.
• Set up and break down pressure washing and containment equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and job checklists.
• Capture required photos and videos documenting completed work.
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Drive a company vehicle as required (valid driver’s license).
