Job summary

NGK Ceramics USA, Inc. is seeking a Load/Unload Operator for the Mooresville, NC area. The role involves loading and unloading products for kiln operations and moving materials within the plant to support safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include following established procedures, using a pallet jack for movement, and updating CAPAC with process data while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required job training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months manufacturing/warehousing experience preferred.
• CRC Bronze or above preferred.
• Certified Production Technician program completion preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures from documents.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves products for kiln area operations.
• Operates the hydraulic transfer car to move kiln cars and verify movements.
• Handles, stacks, and un-stacks items with gloves and proper procedures.
• Input process data into CAPAC and transfer pallets as needed.
• Maintains safety by following PPE rules and reporting issues promptly.
