Job summary

NGK Ceramics USA, Inc. in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Load/Unload Opr to support kiln area operations. You will load and unload products, move pallets, and assist with data entry and safety procedures on a 4-on, 4-off schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and the ability to read safety documents. Prior warehousing experience and a Certified Production Technician credential are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required job training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 month manufacturing/warehousing experience or equivalent preferred.
• CRC Bronze or above preferred.
• Certified Production Technician program completion preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves products for kiln area operations.
• Operates hydraulic transfer car and pallet jacks.
• Performs loading/unloading per established procedures.
• Inputs data into CAPAC information systems.
• Maintains safety by using PPE and following EMS procedures.
• Reports issues to team leader promptly.
• Participates in PM, MMOL, and 5S activities as needed.
