Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join the TD Garden housekeeping team. The role centers on planning, organizing and directing the department to ensure top-tier guest satisfaction during events, with on-site scheduling provided weekly by management.

Responsibilities include staff training, supervision of shifts, staffing support, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience leading a housekeeping team.
• Demonstrates advanced housekeeping processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate staff across shifts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven customer service excellence in a facilities setting.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and manage daily housekeeping activities.
• Plan, organize and direct team to achieve client and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise shifts and staffing/work assignments.
• Manage, dispatch and close out work orders in 24/7 system.
• Conduct pre-event inspections of event spaces.
• Recruit, schedule and train new housekeeping staff.
