Qualifications

• High school education plus 2–3 years of directly related experience in bank operations or accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience balancing customer and internal transactions and reconciling out-of-balance conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile customer and internal transactions.
• Research and resolve out-of-balance conditions.
• Meet established service level agreements (SLA) and processing deadlines.
• Distribute reports to internal bank departments and business partners.
• Take corrective actions to minimize operational risk and customer impact.
