Job Description

The Item Processing Specialist I - (Night Shift) isresponsible for balancing and reconciling customer transactions, managing critical processing transmissions producing operational reporting, resolving exceptions, mitigating operational risk, and ensuring all processing activities are completed accurately and within established service level agreements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions in a deadline-drive environment. Time spent on principal duties and responsibilities will vary by employee site location.

Required work schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 1:30am.

Education & Experience Requirements
