Job summary

Avantor is seeking a dedicated inventory/customer service associate in Chandler, AZ. This role supports receiving, stocking, and inventory control within GMP environments, with a focus on accurate records and timely replenishment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year experience in customer service, inventory or material handling. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and collaborate using Microsoft Teams and Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: 1+ years of customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling experience
• Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Receiving of products at customer dock or other shipping/receiving point.
• Recording receipts of inventory against packing slips and follow-ups on discrepancies.
• Maintaining inventory levels within storerooms and customer areas.
• Transporting consumables and stocking POU locations as needed.
• Transacting stocking quantities using a scanner and software.
• Conducting regular POU audits for proper signage and records.
• Serving as point of contact for inventory availability issues.
• Supporting special projects and on-site activities.
• Meeting all scheduling requirements and other duties.
