Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift training completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of hourly associates and team leads responsible for Inventory Control activities.
• Coordinate workforce planning and daily staffing assignments to support priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and gaps in performance.
• Review cycle count results and reconcile variances between physical and system records.
• Audit inventory reports and implement corrections and follow-up actions.
