Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing LLC in Van Buren, IN is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, moved, and delivered safely while maintaining accurate inventory.

The role mixes forklift operation with inventory control and teamwork to keep production on schedule, with opportunities to grow, training available, and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Forklift, warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Must be dependable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Willing to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, stage, and organize inventory for production and shipping.
• Complete inventory transactions using the AS400 system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform verification checks.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Partner with production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
