Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience or operational support background preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, handheld devices, or inventory tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow activities and priorities within assigned warehouse departments.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure transactions are recorded in WMS accurately.
• Support inventory control, put-away, replenishment, and operational execution.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on procedures and standards.
• Monitor performance and communicate workflow priorities to the team.
• Identify and escalate operational concerns to leadership when needed.
• Assist with staffing coordination and labor allocation.
