Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing in Van Buren, IN seeks a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to ensure materials flow from receiving to shipping while maintaining accurate stock. You’ll operate forklifts, stage inventory, and support production schedules on a 2-2-3 night shift.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with $0.50 raises after 90 days and six months, plus a $3.00/hour night shift premium. We train for safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift, warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Dependable, organized and safety-conscious in daily tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, stage, and organize inventory for production and shipping.
• Complete inventory transactions using the AS400 system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform verification checks.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices to rotate products properly.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.
