Who We Are:

At Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing, every product begins with having the right materials in the right place at the right time. That's where our Logistics & Inventory Coordinators make the difference.

As our business continues to grow beyond popcorn into new snack categories, we're looking for dependable team members who enjoy staying active, working with equipment, and helping keep production and warehouse operations running smoothly.

If you like fast-paced work, enjoy operating forklifts, and take pride in organization and accuracy, you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow with Weaver.

Position Overview:

As a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting both warehouse and production operations. You'll ensure materials are received, stored, moved, and delivered safely while maintaining accurate inventory and helping production stay on schedule.

This role combines forklift operation, inventory management, teamwork, and problem-solving. Every shift presents new opportunities to support the flow of materials from receiving to production to shipping.

In this role, you will:

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Deliver raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Receive, stage, and organize inventory for production and shipping
  • Complete inventory transactions using the AS400 system
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory verification checks
  • Follow FIFO inventory practices to ensure proper product rotation
  • Support shipping and receiving activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Partner with production and warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
A Typical Day Might Include:

Every shift starts with reviewing production schedules, inventory priorities, and shipping needs with your team.

Throughout the day, you'll operate forklifts, move materials to production lines, receive incoming deliveries, organize inventory, and prepare finished products for shipment. You'll also complete inventory transactions, communicate with teammates across departments, and help ensure materials are always where they're needed.

No two shifts are exactly the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and contributing to a successful operation.

What We’re Looking For:

Success in this role comes from being dependable, organized, and committed to working safely every day.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy hands-on, active work
  • Take pride in accuracy and organization
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Put safety first in every task
  • Communicate effectively with teammates
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments

Previous forklift, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

What We Offer:

We believe the people who keep our operation moving deserve outstanding pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow.

  • Starting pay of $20.00/hour
  • $0.50/hour raise after 90 days
  • Additional $0.50/hour raise after 6 months
  • $3.00/hour Night Shift Premium
  • Average annual salary of $47,840
  • 2-2-3 schedule with built-in days off
  • Three weeks of Paid Time Off during your first year
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance (after 30 days)
  • 401(k) with a 100% company match up to 10%
