Job summary

Id-Logistics in White Haven, PA is seeking an Inventory Lead for Sunday-Wednesday night shift. You will manage training records, ensure SOP adherence, and support quality and safety compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED, or equivalent
• Two years related experience or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email
• Able to wear PPE per safety policies
• Ability to write reports and procedures
• Ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders
• Ability to interpret safety rules and manuals

Responsibilities

• Maintain training matrix for all associates
• Maintain all records and written procedures for Quality Systems
• Keep SOPs up-to-date and reviewed
• Ensure documentation complies with quality requirements
• Prepare audit documentation and report corrective actions
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and root causes
• Assure inventory accuracy for all DC5 accounts
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance
• Observe and enforce safety rules
