Job summary

ID Logistics US in White Haven, PA seeks an Inventory Lead to manage documentation, tracking, and reporting for site associates, ensure SOPs are current, and maintain quality records. The role supports Safety & Quality, audits, and compliance with GMPs while enforcing company safety rules.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Inventory accuracy and root cause analysis capabilities.

Description of the Position:

The Inventory Lead is responsible for documentation, tracking, and reporting of Company and Quality Training for site associates. Assist with Safety & Quality with SOP Reviews, Quality Standards Communications, and ensuring site compliance with expectations. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Work Schedule:

Wednesday- Saturday, 7:00pm-5:30am

Salary:

$25.00 Plus Shift Differential and Peak incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures Audit preparedness
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates

Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.)

• Ensures that SOP’ are up-to-date and reviewed as required

Requirements

• Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current.
• Report / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC
• Report Safety non -conformance
• Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Identifying and researching unique inventory occurrences and correct.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determining root cause.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance

when observed.

• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
