ID Logistics in White Haven, PA is seeking an Inventory Lead for the night shift (Wednesday–Saturday). The role focuses on documenting, tracking, and reporting training and quality activities, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining audit-ready records.

The position requires strong communication and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. Responsibilities include maintaining training matrices, SOP updates, and safety enforcement, with a salary of $25.00 per hour plus shift diff and incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training, etc.).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures all documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Maintains documentation regarding internal audits.
• Reports corrective actions to QC.
• Maintains inventory accuracy for all DC5 accounts.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and root cause.
• Follow safety rules and enforce as appropriate.

Job Description

Description of the Position:

The Inventory Lead is responsible for documentation, tracking, and reporting of Company and Quality Training for site associates. Assist with Safety & Quality with SOP Reviews, Quality Standards Communications, and ensuring site compliance with expectations. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Location: White Haven, PA

Salary: $25.00 Plus Shift Differential and Peak incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures Audit preparedness


• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates


• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.)


• Ensures that SOP’ are up-to-date and reviewed as required


• Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliance with Quality Requirements


• Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current.


• Report / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC


• Report Safety non -conformance


• Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.


• Identifying and researching unique inventory occurrences and correct.


• Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determining root cause.


• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems


• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.


• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education


• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Must


• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.


• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.


• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.


• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.


• Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manual manuals.


• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.


• Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.


• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.


• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
