Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Cycle Counter to work with the site Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels at the Frackville location. You will verify orders, account for discrepancies, and support corrections to ensure records match physical stock.

The role requires high attention to detail, basic math and Excel skills, and the ability to follow GMP and safety procedures. Shift-based schedule and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; one year inventory control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet software; strong math and reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested; dispose, salvage, or donate.
• Process returned shipments; determine first quality vs damaged inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation is signed off and filed.
• Assist in physical inventories and samplings to ensure inventory integrity.
• Locate products in the system and correct discrepancies.
• Research unique inventory occurrences and correct them prior to lock-in.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per guidelines.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance.
