Job summary

Id-Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for the third shift (7pm–5:30am) to maintain accurate counts and records at our Frackville site. You will verify orders, handle returns, and support inventories with strict adherence to GMP and safety rules.

You will pull and disposition slow-moving inventory, research discrepancies in the system, and ensure proper documentation and filing. Strong math and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1 year related experience in inventory control; an AA/AS degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Skills in mathematics, Excel and spreadsheets are vital.
• Interpersonal and communication skills are important; accuracy and thoroughness are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Pull slow-moving or obsolete inventory for disposition or donation.
• Process returned shipments and determine first quality vs damaged inventory.
• Ensure all written documentation is signed off and filed.
• Assist in physical inventories and samplings to ensure inventory integrity.
• Locate products within the system and adjust records to correct discrepancies.
• Identify unique inventory occurrences and correct them prior to inventory adjustments.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per guidelines; report noncompliance.
• Observe safety rules and support enforcement; perform other duties as assigned.
