Job summary

ID Logistics US in Ocala, Florida is seeking a cycle counter to maintain accurate inventory records and support the site Operations Manager. You will verify orders, handle discrepancies, and manage cycle counts while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP guidelines.

You will participate in inventories, assist with paperwork, and help drive inventory integrity. The role includes a 4 PM–1:30 AM shift, with benefits and a 401K program as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related inventory experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management procedures and WMS.
• Strong math and computer skills (Excel).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory for disposal or salvage.
• Process returned shipments by unloading trailers and assessing quality.
• Ensure all written documentation is signed off and filed.
• Coach LTOs during physical inventories to ensure integrity.
• Search to locate products in the system and adjust records for discrepancies.
• Identify unique inventory occurrences to correct them before adjustments.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per guidelines.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe safety rules and assist in enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
