Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a cycle counting and inventory control specialist to join our Contract Logistics team in the United States. You will maintain inventory records, perform weekly cycle counts, and implement loss prevention measures while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

The role requires experience with WMS and operating material handling equipment, including a cherry picker. You will work Monday to Friday from 4pm-12:30am, with weekly pay at $22.36 per hour, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in cycle counting and inventory control.
PC literate with experience in Microsoft Suites.
WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) experience.
Experience operating Material Handling Equipment.
Must operate cherry picker.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory records and inventory management procedures.
Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures.
Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory.
Implement program to ensure defective product is accounted for and handled properly.
Oversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports.
Develop reports to facilitate accurate inventory counts.
Conduct system searches to locate products.
Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location.
