Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, manufacturing and supply chain leader, is seeking an Inventory Control Lead I in Kentucky. You will provide day-to-day leadership to inventory teams, coordinate workflow, and support accuracy through counts, audits, and corrective actions.

You will train and coach associates, ensure safety and quality compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and metrics tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Lead I provides day-to-day operational leadership and coordination within assigned inventory control areas. This role serves as a developmental step toward supervision by supporting team performance, training associates, monitoring inventory accuracy, and assisting with operational execution. The Lead I work closely with Inventory Control Supervisors to ensure process compliance, problem resolution, and achievement of departmental goals.

Key responsibilities include:
