Job summary

Jabil in South Carolina is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily receiving, shipping, and material transfers in alignment with the Warehouse Supervisor's priorities.

You will coach warehouse clerks, resolve operational issues, ensure SAP data integrity, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting leadership with staffing updates and reporting. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills or previous lead/training experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling and transfer equipment.
• Basic to advanced computer skills including SAP and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold a safe work environment by following all safety policies.
• Coordinate and support material transfers for received, distributed, and shipped goods.
• Lead and support Warehouse Clerks during daily operations and assist the Supervisor.
• Resolve operational issues including shipping delays and inventory discrepancies.
• Provide on-the-job training and support for new and existing team members on warehouse processes and SAP.
