Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Asst. Inventory Control Supervisor, Receiving, to lead Receiving and Rackside Kitting operations at our Florence, KY site. You will supervise frontline teams, enforce standard work, ensure accurate SAP transactions, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Planning to prevent material-related disruptions.

You will mentor staff, support training, and drive safety, quality, and compliance. This role requires flexibility for extended hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, receiving, and kitting in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, receiving, kitting, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving and Rackside Kitting daily operations and staff.
• Ensure SAP transactions for receipts, putaway, and kit staging are accurate.
• Coach teams, enforce standard work, and drive safety and quality compliance.
