Job summary

Jabil in the United States is seeking an Inventory Control Shift Manager to lead Receiving, Stockroom, Shipping, and Inventory Analysis, ensuring inventory accuracy, cost control, and safety compliance across shifts.

You will recruit and develop teams, set performance expectations, coach staff, and manage inventories while driving continuous improvement. Shift is Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving, Stockroom, Shipping, and Inventory Analysis.
• Develop and execute inventory control strategies and training.
• Coach and mentor Inventory Control staff and establish performance goals.
• Coordinate with HR and operations to ensure staffing and safety compliance.
