ID Logistics in White Haven, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate inventory levels and records, verify orders, and reconcile cycle counts across the site.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, handling slow-moving inventory, processing returns, and maintaining documentation. Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency are essential for success on third shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or one-year related experience in inventory control and/or training; associate degree preferred.
• Requires knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determine root cause.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested by the customer for disposal/salvage/donation.
• Process returned shipments by unloading the trailer and determining first quality or damaged inventory.
• Ensure all proper written documentation is signed off and filed.
• Coach and participate in physical inventories to ensure inventory integrity.
• Identify and research unique inventory occurrences to correct them before adjustments.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per guidelines.
• Follow safety rules and report noncompliance when observed.
• Other duties as assigned.
