Job summary

ID Logistics US in White Haven, PA, is seeking a warehouse quality/control professional for a Sunday–Wednesday night shift (7:00pm–5:30am). Base pay starts at $21.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential, plus benefits including health, 401K, and time off.

Key responsibilities include audit readiness, SOP maintenance, training records, QC documentation, and inventory accuracy across DC5 accounts. Candidates need a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, plus

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures all documentation and communication are compliant with Quality Requirements.
• Inventory accuracy and compliance for DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
