Job summary

ID Logistics (IDL) is seeking an Inventory Problem Solver for the night shift in Somerset, NJ. You will troubleshoot cases, update training matrices, maintain Quality System records, and ensure inventory accuracy across DC5 accounts.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, two years related experience, and fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email. Familiarity with Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS and Manhattan systems is preferred. Third shift, Wed–Sat.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Ability to work in a safety-aware environment with PPE as required.
• Ability to write reports and procedures; present information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Documents and communicates in compliance with Quality Requirements.
• Maintains documentation for internal audits and corrective actions.
